I sent an email to 'contact us' and was told I would get a reply within 24 hours, it has now been 10 days.. I want to know how I can get membership when I dont have a credit card please... ???

Do you have a paypal account? If so you could use that. I would email info@cuteembroidery.com again and ask for a mailing address that you could send a check or money order to. Veronika is generally VERY prompt in her replies. Don't give up, try again.
