This is a quick stitch out of a reverse applique letter I just purchased..Soooo quick to do and it looks great..I stitched it out in fleece with a soft fleece (pink) under it..this piece will be stitched up into a neck warmer for myself..

Will you please show us the reverse side as well? This has not got a satin stitch over the run stitch.
So can you only use fabric that will not fray out??

Yes you are correct Yvonne..the applique fabric is on the bottom and then the face fabric is put on top of it..once the design is sewn out you cut the face fabric away from the item..If this was a tshirt instead of a piece of fleece then you would being cutting the shirt away from the design. There is a triple bean stitch I believe that is sewn throughout this design and seems to be pretty strong..I would imagine if you were to use a cotton that it would fray a bit..
