I have been trying also. I downloaded it when it was first offered and it said "H" but it was another "I". I vote for the "H" everyday. I have all the others and need it to complete my alphabet. This is SOOOOOOOO cute and with 8 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren
I can use all of the letters.
