Since I don't have but a selected few on my machine, for smaller fonts I tend to use them. I have the Pulse Ambassador which provides Fonts, but I haven't purchased it yet.

In my software Studio 3D, I have many polices, I used the size 7mm, what is it in inch?

I personally prefer to keep the name as small as .6 to .75 of an inch so that the name doesn't overpower the design, but that is just my preference.

Thank you, I have sent the files to Meganne. I did try with my machine and with Digitiser MB, I think the font was too small and bunched up. I will do a lot more practice, lol.
