my choice would be to list ALL the letters missed in that alphabet, so that we would get votes added from 'outside' voters, that don't read the posts.

I don't envy you-it's gotta be tough trying to keep it all straight and trying to make everyone happy. Unfortunately,it does get confusing when someone new joins and the alphabets are already in progress-then it's hard to catch up and keep track if it goes out of order. Yes it should go A-Z complete and then fill in with requested letters-just my opinion =O). Keep up the good work!

I am very happy with the way it works now, i.e. the full alphabet goes up one by one daily then there is a voting for missed letters for a period of time after. This allows a catch-up if we go away and miss letters, so my vote would be NO. Many thanks for putting this to a vote embroiderymad! Kind regards, Bev

If I understand you correctly you are saying that a list will be made for the end (after the alpha is completed) then start with what letters have the most request. And I would take it you are grouping with DBS so the list could be combined and both groups would work on the most requested letters.

I would think that the DBS Cuties will carry on with their usual way of voting for all the missed letters in a block - and that certainly seems to be effective, so I will vote NO
Also - you say 'the 3 cute sites' but it is only sensible to wait 'til the end with 2 of them!

the block works for them because they received 4 or 5 letters requested. I got 19 different letters.
For the frog I ask them for 5 letters + their 4 letters whick were on our list anyway and we have now got most of the 9 letters.

The intention is to place the request AFTER the alpha has finished.
The question is how to place the request for others to follow that is fair?
Request the letter with the most requests first. Not say the first person who asked. Do I show only the first letter or show the next so many. I don't see the point of showing 19 letters when there are only 26 in the alpha.
