it's raining here, but at least it has cooled down. See you all later. :)

Sorry to hear about the loss of your friend. Funerals for friends are sad enough and the rain certainly doesn't help. *4u. Take care. carol

Thank you Carol. It quit raining when we heading to the burial site. It was a great service. Full Dress. He was my Sergeant when I was on the police dept.

Terre, thanks for checking in - so sorry to hear of the loss of your friend. Today we are having rather high temps - but staying inside is the key for that. I did go to the local sewing center and pick up my embroidery machine - now to figure out - if I want two up at all times or try to put one away somewhere - Hehehe!

thanks Shirlene. Steve was my former sergeant when I was a police officer. It was quite a service and the music was beautiful!...
I say try operating two at once and if it doesn't work or too much for your store the other away for a rainy day. LOL. Hope you and Rick are well.

thank you Gerryvb, It's hard to lose friends, especially when they are only a year older. But he is rejoicing right now and not suffering.

Terre, I am sorry for your loss of one of your friends...Instead of a funeral, sometimes they should be called a celebration instead...For those whom are right with GOD, it is one step closer we take to be with HIM....May your heart be filled with a peaceful contentment...loves deanna

Thanks Deanna, Yes he was right with God. A good Christian man. It was a LONG funeral/celebration, but worth knowing he isn't suffering anymore.:)

Thank you. I appreciate it. We never know when we go, but it's always nice to know that he truly is safe in the arms of God. Some ppl say that, but don't know for sure, but I believe Steve is with Christ.
