Hi, what kind of machine do you have? legally only Brother line D can used Disney characters, E-bay sell illegal Disney designs, you should not buy from them. I have two Brother one D line and another no D line I only can use my Disney card in the D line, so you see even Borther machines have restriction like gerry said Good LUCK
