before & had the same result ,so I was wondering if there was a general problem with the set. The set looked to be a complete nativity scene ,a great pity it won't open up properly

Hi Killiecrankie, is that the one that had the 4X4 and 5X7 sizes and all the pieces etc were ALL seperate pieces? If it's that one mine seem to be fine!
Weird hey!

I have stitched a few of these designs, and I can only say that they stitch (and download) very well. Give it a try.

Thank you for this site .Are they FSL Designs or is the photo giving the illusion of FSL designs?

If this is the place, I just dl both sizes and they opened in Designer's Gallery just fine. Try again, sometimes the computer gets an attitude!

If you tried to rename a file before you did the download sometimes a file does not open right. If you must rename do it after the file has downloaded.
