helped her learn how to do a FSL flower that she had downloaded from the CUTE site. She picked some pretty colors and a metallic thread to accent it with - I can't wait to see what she has planned for it, but will leave that up to her to share with you. We also started a 3D Flower that she will finish when she gets home or in the next week, hopefully. She had forgotten her material and we had to use what I had on hand, which wasn't much. He husband wouldn't wait any longer to get on his way home - so she had to go before we finished either project completely. We have so much fun - sharing and chatting - I am shocked that anything was done really. Hehehe! I showed her a project that I had in the works, too. We have another day planned at the end of the month at her place. I had so much fun - Terre and I have decided that we are like sisters. And before you ask - we didn't take any pictures - but it did happen - HONEST!

We are just going off to Jason's 40th Disco theme party. The costumes are finished for them, Trevor and I aren't wearing costumes as we are only staying a couple of hours and then bringing the children back to Dana's place to go to bed - wish us luck..

Lynn, how very true that is - mine was sitting there - but when Terri's husband came back to pick her up - he seemed to be in a hurry to get her out of here - so we just did what we could do - to finish up and let it be as it was - no rush or worries. Thanks dear.

Oh Shirlene this sounded fun and just what you need at the moment. I have a friend with the same machine as me and it is so interesting seeing that the same design can look so totally different when sewn out by different people. My friend came yesterday and collected her machine that my sil had brought back from being repaired. Our dealer lives 2 hours away and my sil works near him which is most useful when having machines serviced which we do every year. Anyway I look forward to seeing in projects what the pair of you created

Caroline, we didn't do the same project this time - I had an order to get out and Terri had something in mind that she wanted help in making - so we played and had fun doing both. I am happy to hear that you have a friend for you to play with and a good SIL to assist you both with getting your machine's in for service.
