I was reading in one Yahoo group Mylar vs. Angelina, I know what is Mylar, what is Angelina? Thank you

I've seen angelina used with an embellisher machine. I've never seen it used with embroidery. I would love to see someone share what they have done with angelina.

I've seen it at sewing expo in Puyallup. It looked very pretty - never thought of using it like Mylar. It was fairly spendy I think. It kind of reminded me of roving - it is glittery and you pull it very thin to use it

I had never heard of Angelina but went to the sites that sewmom provided. Seems like something I might want to try someday. Does look pretty in the pictures. Mylar would probably be easier to work with though.

To me it looks like between shredded fiber like (eastergrass) and the yarn like eyelash. Or even like shredded twinkle cloth. Very interesting. I'll have to look into it more. :) Thanks for sharing these links.
