They say to use a little spritz of spray adhesive. I have not done this. I sometimes use dbl sided tape on the edgge of something small I want to embroidery on & it works if you are not embroidering through the tape. I'm sure you will get some help from others who do make cards. *

The turtorial that sciencewidow (Leigh Ann) suggested is great - and as lbrow (Miss Lil) suggest spray adhesive works really well. Once you learn how and you get the right stablizer and card stock - you will be making them all the time. ENJOY!

I say spray adhesive should do the trick.
