what about embroideryrn. She has lots of mini designs. How many button covers are you making? They have button covers at crafters vision.com and if you order 100 or more you can get them for 30 cents each.

I you have any of the Design By Sick sucker covers the designs on them are small and should fit the Badge clips.

My daughter came over and brought her PED and we were able to resize some of the fonts. :) Thanks much.
