Do Cuties always use ball needles on their embroidery machine for T Shirts etc. I only know about them in ordinary sewing!!

Yes, I ruined a tee using a sharp needle, the ball are recommended.

I do, size 11 on t-shirts and sweatshirts. The first time I need a t-shirt, oh dear what a mess. I read the tip from this site about a year ago to use bp and have every since. Carol
