I named my 35yr old daughter Trudy....

Hello Trudy,
inside the Knuddies is grain or grape-pips (for the babies because they are lighter and smaller). You can put them in the micro or ofen to heat them and you can although pack hem in a plastic bag and lay them in the fridge/freezer (wonderful against sunburn or headache :o)
