I will prewash and dry my fabric to avoid spending time making something and then it shrinks. That removes all the factory starch so I use a heavy starch and iron. The curling is tamed down a bit this helps with cutting out.

Check the scissors. Are they good and sharp? That's the worst thing for me. And are they closing together at the right places?

What about sticking some wss scraps on the areas to be cut?I'm thinking Badgmaster the one that looks like plastic.I am thinking wet the wss and stick it on pretty secure not just hit or miss tack it on. Or maybe stiffen the fabric with some wss 'soup'? You know the dissolved scraps of wss.
Or maybe use the thin wss topping scraps or new piece and place it on the fabric spray with water and gently pat it into the fabric and let that dry?

Have you tried moisting your fabric. Kinda damp dry. This has worked for me on some knits. It also want hurt my cutting surface as I use my granet counter top. It would probably make a mess of some cutting surfaces.

Trace the pattern on to the fabric first, cut around the traced pattern, then surge the outline of the pattern. This will cut your pattern and keep the edges from curling. It takes extra steps but works like a charm.

what about starching the fabric before cutting, not sure if it will work but worth a try I guess, let us know if you find a good solution.

I pre wash all knit fabric . I serge edges if I think necessary. Lay out on cutting table, pin edges if needed and lay pattern, pin , cut out. Always leave pattern pinned to each cut piece until you are ready to stitch. I have not stitched knits lately but have loved them for so many years. Be sure to use a ball point needle. Also I love the twin needle to finish hems etc.

Press with a cool/warm iron and leave the pattern on until you sew.
