Hello, I have just purchased 6 months membership (yay me!) but I cant use it. Does it take a certain amount of time before it becomes active? Thank you. :)

Yay, you! You will not regret it. I don't remember it taking any time for my account to "become active" when I first signed up, but it's been a while. However, this isn't a question for this particular forum. None of us can help you. What you need to do is contact the "help desk" for CuteEmbroidery.com by clicking on the link below that says "Contact Us". Then, be sure to check your spam filter and folder, since your messages might get stuck in there. Good luck and happy embroidering!

What do you mean you can't use it, do you mean you can't download designs for free? In that case you might be doing something wrong, you should NOT put them in your cart, but click on the picture, that brings you to a new page where you choose the GREEN button for members - that will give you a new page again where you choose the format(s) you want.
