If you click on "Pattern" in instruction no. 1 it will give you the pattern.

This is the one I saw and wanted to make. The one listed in the Question Post is a bit different.

1.Using the HB pencil, trace the pattern onto the non-adhesive side of the interfacing. The underlined word "pattern" is the PDF.
