Hi You should put this question in the public section to get more replys to you question. Try cleaning out you bobbin case and then change the needle. Sometimes there is a bur on the needle or its dull. Sometimes there is thread stuck in the bobbin case or lint. If that doesn't work try a different thread. Sometimes certain machine use certain threads and will rebell if they don't get that thread. Hope this helps! Suzanne

First off, Welcome to Cute...as Suzanne suggested you might want to re post this in the community so others can give advise. I've had thread to catch before and It was because the spool was reversed. Some spools have a catch where you can wind the thread when finished, well if this is up at the top, it will catch the thread. Don't know if that helps but maybe someone has other suggestions. :)

I have the Janome 350E....most of the time I have no problem but the other day my thread caught over and over again (aggrevating) I turned the spool of thread the opposite way and it was fine.....some thread I have to use a thread stand for it to work.....Welcome to the group, I know you will enjoy yourself here.....Janet
