You can also check by clicking on "my account" under your name, then "membership", then 'subscriptions". That will show you all your renewals and you can see if your renewal is properly listed. It may also be that Veronika is having trouble keeping up with the number of renewals that are being made as soon as the sale showed up on the site! She is very good about such things and will surely help you as fast as she can. Hugs, Lois

I renewed this morning ( my membership doesn't run out until next month ) but It only shows pending on my account . I can still DL but I have written, waiting for answer. I beleive there is an overload of renewals due to the sale . I'm sure all will be straightened out soon. Write Cute thru contact us . you will hear soon. Good Luck Nancy

Maybe is overloaded, I renewed mine this morning( USA Eastern Time) and was able to DL right away.

Just shows what a popular site this is i am having the same problem, I have just bought my first membership. YAY, I am happy to wait awhile before trying to download again
