I certainly hope it is not near the end. But seriously, it does seem that Mother Nature has gotten all worked up about something lately - what with all the storms churning in the Atlantic, sleeping volcanoes starting to spew ash again, and now a huge earthquake. I just hope people don't get hurt, especially any Cuties.

These activities have always been happening every day somewhere. The only difference now is we have internet and satellite connecting us to the whole world and the information is instantly available to us without waiting for the television news that is limited.

You do realize it will only be the end of this system not the earth. The end of all bad people. The Bible says 'in the last days critical times hard to deal with, earth quakes, etc.' So we are very close to end of this old system. yes we do hear of it more and more because there are more of all these things happening. If you would like me to explain more about this to you, just PM me.

Here is some more information on the earthquake: "The epicenter of the quake was near Christchurch, New Zealand's second largest city, with a population of about 350.000 people." Some damage and no reported injuries.

I have friends there and fortunately they are ok they have their own well so water will not be a problem. They have a few crack in the house but have minimal damage. Thank goodness.

Christchurch is one of the most beautiful cities in New Zealand. We were only there at Christmas last year.

I do pray that there will be no loss of life. Just been watching it on our morning News show here and the centre of town has been shut down. No electricity and of course communications are working overtime.

Will certainly keep those people in my thoughts and prayers too.

Love and blessings Chris

Christchurch is NZ's city of churches hopefully they are not to badly damaged. It is such a beautiful city. I hope the 2 badly injured will be ok and that there will not be anymore. It is hard to know just how you would cope with no water, no electricity the mobile phone's are working so that is one good thing. My thoughts are with everyone caught up in this dissaster. I have family and friends in and around Christchurch and they are all ok thanfully!

Thank you for letting us know. I don't have tv so I don't get much in the way of news unless someone says something.
Prayers are heaven bound for all the affected folks who hopefully are safe.
