Well signed up for my renew and it says my account is active but the site will not let me download anything. It will not let me send a message to the support site either. What do I do?

For some reason several ppl have had this problem. Which D/L tab are you using. there is one for members and one for non-members.Give it a little time and go from there. It could be something to do with the system.
