he works for have been fighting us all the way. They will not pay for the hospital or reimb for mileage or meds. They have only now set up a plan for us to get his medication.
They refuse to pay WC because they say the truck never hit him. OK!!!!!!!!!!!! We went to the ER and hospitals and Drs for fun The MRI's CT scans EX rays medication and rehab are all because the truck never hit him. I am going out of my mind. Some prayers would be greatly appreciated!
I do beleive a lawyer is in order I can't fight the system any more by myself. I have hit bottom and have no where to go but up. God is my strength. I am very tired, but I will tell you this I have really appreciated all the beautiful free designs I am going to try to get some extra cash for Christmas maybe at a craft fair somewhere around here. Ijust need some time, to do something else beside jump through these darn hoops.
Just wanted to ask for a little support God Bless you all Love Ronny
Get a lawyer with a good reputation that specializes in injury cases. They'll know what to do and it will take a load off your mind. Prayers are heaven bound for you and your family. Please keep us posted.
God Bless you,
Meri
I'm sure you have kept every single piece of paper medical wise and his former pay stubs. Until you find a lawyer, you might be able to find them in the government pages of your phone book.

So sorry to read that your husband was hit by a truck. How dreadful too that the company is trying to get out of it.
Try and see if you can get a good lawyer who works with Workers Compensation cases. You sure have enough evidence from the hospital records.
Keep your chin up and and God will guide you through this.
Love and blessings Chris
Document everything, and-if you haven't already-keep a journal of it all, day by day. Get every piece of paper from the doctors that you can, sometimes things get deleted or changed, know what I mean?
I'll say a prayer for you all, I know the hard road you are on, keep in touch with us here when you need a shoulder.
Jo
My prayers are with you and yr husband, for his speedy recovery, for strength to fight the system and to cope with daily tasks and for settling the problem to your hearts content. Remember, G-d doesn't sleep. Have faith in him and in yourself, be patient and things will work out eventually.
My kindest regards,
Starlet
