Sorry, I don't know but it seems like a lot of people are having that problem. I think the site got really busy because of the sale price. I'd give it a couple of days.

I think tbbender is right. Most times when I pay for memberships and designs over the internet, I have to get an email verifying the deal. I then to click on the email or someplace in it to activate the membership. Please be patient. The designs will not disappear and we care about you and do not want to lose you.
