whose wife we ran into. Brandon (in his early thirties) will be starting chemo soon for the cancer they found growing in his leg...
this is a complete shock because he is so vibrant and always seemed healthy...My prayers go out to everyone going through this at this time and I ask that you will add him also to yours...
they just got a little foster boy into their home recently, which was something they had been hoping to do....

I have noticed more and more asking for prayers and/or telling about illnesses, deaths, etc. While it is very painful to hear of all these sad experiences, I am so glad that we can share the good and the pain and the sadness. I just wish there were more of us living closer together so we could give each other real hugs. In the meantime I will be here reading and praying.

Just never lose site of the fact that God is in control Deanna. Like you it devastates me to see so much sickness. almost half of my sunday School class was out this morning. Sickness of some kind. Of course they are all most all old like myself. LOL I know god will prevail> Of course we'll pray for Brandon. *
