I had this problem last year, it was caused by having 2 different email addresses.My older address was the one where all cute emails were sent, but when I bought my 6mth membership I used the newer email address .I sent a email to cute site & in the subject line put can't get my membership to work .The whole thing was sorted out very quickly ,just remember about the different time zones if applicable
I love it when people buy presents which you really can use, it shows how thoughtful they are.
