Help! Cuties!

Someone this past 2 weeks had a hair clip holder using a frame from Michaels that you cover. I printed it but I can't find it!! I wanted to make it today.

Thanks for the link to GG - had never gone there before and they had a freebie of exactly what I have been looking for - a stipple background stitch to "quilt" different things.
