Welcome to Cute. I don't think this is an FSL pattern, but it's a great oval by one of our members called Stickmuster, she may even do one for you if you send her a PM (private message).

Finally got my computer working again. Checked this link out and it is the right one this time.

To get an oval that fits under another oval you need to know the (exact)length and width to get a strip showing that has the same width around the first one.
