I downloaded the candy hippo bag but don't understand where to get the ears? the design was posted by smithandsmith. Thanks for your help Betty Yaya1928@aol.com

When you go to the pull down window to pick your format, there are 2 designs in each format. You need to download both of them. One of them is the ears. On my computer it automatically names the second one with a (2) after it. Some computers will write over the first one when you download the second one, in that case rename the first one before you download the second one.
