Oh my, it seems like we have just had Christmas. But I do try to do thing throughout the year, I also buy gifts throughout the year, so that it is not so much to lay out at the end. Hugs Yvonne

I am already tired of making Christmas ornament, 30 so far with 20 to go. And that isn't even for any Christmas presents. sigh.

yep just 99 days and counting, the local large store allready has the christmas items on sale. and i have today created another two gifts. two long fleecey scarves with deep pockets at the ends for those cold hands to go into. persoanl snowflake names are on the pockets and small snowflakes scatters along the scarf, desbysick do 50 small snowflakes for just $1.75, i have enough fleece in the royal blue to do another four. then i will be creating cobweb scarves for the younger tendy members of the family.
i stopped buying gifts several years ago when i realised the amount of money it would cost me and how little actual thought went into each one. "oh it looks good so it wil be ok " used to be the thought but now i get asked to make things and i know the love and thought that goes into each one.
in my group we have started to pile in the files for new ideas to create the gifts for those we care about.
