I think they know, that's why some post their design in project to get as talking and looking.

Yup, some of those Cuties are folks with websites that post a freebie here and list their website in case you want their set.

Site owners can trace where people jumped to their site from. They can see if you clicked on a link from Cute or somewhere else.
I have heard some owners say they don't mind at all because some people do buy, either now or later as future customers. I have also heard some get mad that they had a bunch of people grabbing freebies and nothing else. But most feedback I have heard is the good stuff.

Well, I know I've gone to look at freebies and bought designs also. Why would they put up free designs if they didn't want anyone to come check them out?
