Thank you Martine! Learnt another lesson: Never try to do applique with Bull denim. I washed the red (with salt)and didn't think it will run into the white. Also think I could have placed the designs differently for a better look - maybe 2 overlapping in one corner, but then you have to remove the overlapping stitches.

I would not recommend placing two of them overlapping, too fussy to get the underlying stitches removed as you also have to leave some to attach the overlapped fabric.
What hoop size do you have?
