My H and F are fine but My A is all of the alpha stacked on top of each other I have had that happen before with JEF format here at Cute and cutealphabets. Don't know why they just do sometimes I can open them with Buzztools and convert them to PES then back to JEF and that fixes the problem.

The HUS formatted ones are fine :)

I am trying to beat an "Alphabet addiction" so did not download this one. Although I have not quite beaten it yet and downloaded the A yesterday. Sorry can't help. Margaret

just checked A H and F in jef format and are fine.

I just checked it in my files-it looks ok- but I haven't stitched anything out-I use JEF format and the only extra I have on my embroidery add on's at this time is the customizer10000 (my digitizer10000-wouldn't work when we tried it install it quite sometime ago-something to do with nonsupport with 64bit. Hope you are able to fix the problem- ~linda~

SEW format is good

When I D/L, I also open and save, so mine all opened fine. I D/L in pes, even though I use Hus, but my 4D changes it for me. All have been fine. I am sorry yours have not been okay. Hugs, Judy

I just checked all of mine (pes format) in Buzz Tools and all is well...well, except it made me discover that I SOMEHOW missed the F and Q!!! Grrrr....~Rita
