Just the top blocks of rag quilt. Could not wash it more than once, as it was raining cats and dogs, afraid it would not dry, but her mom is pleased as pod. LOL

did you embroider on flannel? what did you use for batting and backing?

I embroidered on brushed fleece, with avalon on top, no batting, and flanelette as a backing. As the flanelette and fleece was warm enough, I did not add batting, it would make the quilt too heavy for small baby.
