Click on the Private tab at the top. This is found by Public, Freebies, Personal and then Private. When this tab is open there is a link like the on one this page - here it says Ask the Community, there it says Private Message. Click this and you will then have a box to write in. When you receive a PM it shows up under Private as + 1 or how ever many PMs you have unread. Good Luck

Close this question, click on the Private tab above, then on Private Message and fill in the form. You see it's quite easy.

Angelina, you can also find the person you want to send a message to, click her name and on the left will be an button that says private message. If you don't see one, then that person hasn't completed their profile account. :)
