My goddaughter (I hope, I wasn't mistaken in this word - forgive me my English) has arrived in the Moscow medical institute. She dreamed of it. Studies as the children's doctor (pediatrist). Very much I want to give it a beautiful gift. In advance it is extremely grateful for your help.

Simka, in English, a children's doctor is a Pediatrician, also pediatrist but the most most used name is Pediatrician. Pediatrics is the branch of medicine and care of infants and children. I know you and her family must be very proud of her. I will try and find some type of medical designs. I think I might know a source but need to check first.
