Our younger daughter is expecting her first child Feb 2011. We just learned it will be our first grandson. Our daughter and her husband are visiting us this weekend so I quickly made this up. Our SIL loves hunting and fishing. (We have 4 granddaughters with one more due in November 2010 by our oldest daughter)

My SIL teased me that I was wanting a boy but then I told him I also purchased the girl version in both the hunting and fishing. I just knew either boy or girl it would be Daddy's little buddy. Very nice design. Only (LOL) 25 thread changes but well worth it.

I usually say where I have gotten the design. I was in a bit of a rush with this. The design was from Embroidery Designs. The digitizer was Condcord Collections. A fishing design was also on sale so I will be making more. I made this a 6-9 mo as that is what size I had at home. I tried to have it ready before they arrived but with 25 thread changes it took over an hour to sew out.

It will be more challenging to sew for a boy so embroidered shirts may be the only thing I can do for him.
