I don't what you mean exactly - but there is a note that says:
Note: The minimal order from $5.00 dollars US
You don't put the free designs in a cart - you just click the format and download them and it has to be a free design of the day - for you to do that.
You could also buy a membership - right now the price is as low as it ever has been - then you can download all the designs and not worry about having a dollar value to get the purchase.
