lildoll, I don't have embird on my PC and I can open designs - however I did purchase a program that works with my embroidery machine. What do you do now to open your designs or transfer them to your embroidery machine? What sort of machine and software do you have? *4U, Shirlene

No, you have a good program in the Palette for your Esante. Read your user's manual - it will help you learn your Pallette Program and your machine - if you have more questions - just ask.

lildoll, when you go to secrets of, all you do is choose your format which is PES (I think), and it will automatically be in pes when you d/l. You shouldn't have to convert from there. They have a variety of format selections. Hope this helps you. Terre

PS if you don't choose, I think there is a default of whatever she uses. So be sure you choose your format.
