I found this Fall Design on Sew Forum. Its on page 1 under fall design. You might search for the other seasons you may get lucky. Just Log in to get to free embroidery

You could pick flower that are typical for each season. Spring could be tulip, summer - sunflower, fall - acorn/mums, winter - poinsetta/holly. The combination could be endless. Also sports that go with the seasons.
