another format such as Pes or dst. This only happens on Cute Embroidery and Veronika's sister sites. Can any one tell me what is going on and how do I remedy this. Kay

I have exactly the same problem with the above sites. It used to work in the past. No problem downloading ART on other sites.

I don't why. Previously, No problem. What are you doing? I have been getting mostly pes.

Kay, I just went back and checked on a couple that I had not unzipped and only part of them were not there. I re-downloaded, same format (ART) and it worked find. Gremlins?

Maybe I should check the packs. The single designs are causing the most trouble.
