Problem 1 is that when I go into Wizzard to scan a picture, it does not recognise that I have a printer/scanner. The little icon does not "Light up". How di I tell 4D that I have a Printer/scanner??? Anyone who has computer smarts, cause I don't!!!
Problem 2, is that when I shut down last night, my Dongle was working fine, today I tried to go into 4D and it says Error... Hasp is not found. It is in USB port and it has its little light on! I have no idea why the program cannot see it! Hahaha! Please help. Hugs, Judy

If you go to "My Computer" then click "Preload", next click your folder for 4D Embroidery. When it opens, scroll down to 4D.chm or 4DExtra.chm-whichever you have- open it you will get the instruction manual then look up dongle or troubleshooting, etc and it will give you all the things you need to do.
