Pulse Ambassador to work for me and I tried www.embroiderdesigns.com but it tells us that the file is too big to convert.

Debra, if you will put the original format into your pulse, then go to the file on your pulse (top left) and click on "save as" then change it to the PES you need. They provide you with about 4 different versions. I know sometimes I can use the v6 and other times I can't. If I put in the v6 and then try to pull it up and there is nothing there, then I will lower the version. I usually try to stay at a 4 most of the time. Hope this will help.

Wilcom True Sizer (free software available online) is a great program for re-sizing and will also change formats.
