Andy, Gail's husband, repairs the machines but he works out of town Monday through Friday. He actually bumped up my Elissimo cleaning ahead of a couple of machines. Because I do samples for the shop and am a prayer partner for it I have been invited to come in and embroider on her Elissimo. This is the first time I have gone in to embroider because it is a pain in the neck (literally, bad spine) to lug all that I need to the shop. But I will have my machine back in a few days. Unfortuately, I think it will be another week or more before I get my BMP back. I broke it, so it will take more to fix it than a cleaning.Good thing I paid for the warranty.
