Libster2896, if the files appeared to download OK, I think you'll find your problem is because F & G are on a white background and you just can't see the letters. Try changing the background color in customizer. Hope this helps. I've sent you a flower. Merry Christmas.

libster, since you only mention that you can't get F or G, I'm going to assume you got A - D. If ruthie's suggestion doesn't work, try emailing info@cuteembroidery.com and the site admin. can perhaps help you out. Good Luck.
