The voting is to show that you appreciate this site and all that Veronika does for us. Very many of the long-time sites have been in competition for the top spot for years. When we go and vote for Cute, it shows that we are proud to be a part of this family! I hate to even writr this but the 1st of the year, we were just 30 something votes out of 1st place. My computer was in the shop 3 times in 3 months in Dec, Jan and Feb before they could get it straight. I got it back a couple of times for less than a day and it was gone again. By the 1st of March we had gone backwards over a thousand votes. The site that is in 1st place started to give points toward a free design set when their members went and voted for them. It has just backwards since we got so far behind. I do think that alot of the Cute Family lost interest the further behind we got. We not have alot of new members that can help us get back where we were and maybe even give Veronika a great Christmas gift of 1st place embroidery site/group. As hard as she works to keep us in new designs and free designs of great quality on all of her sites, the least we could do is to go and vote for her and our Cute family! It is good clean fun and you would be surprised how "into" you can get when the top slot is coming close. Please take the couple of minutes it takes to vote each day at the samr time. Your vote only counts once every 12 hours and if you hit the other sites you are cancelling the vote for Cute. I set the alarm on my cell phone and YES, I do miss a day every once in a while. With the daeth in outr family this week, the arrangements and then the funeral, I missed voting 2 times this week. We will all have times that we are not there for some reason but if you get in the habit of voting each day, it is easy to go there get it done and do whatever you need to do elsewhere. Just remember to pick a time that you will be on the computer each day. I wish we could have an "inside contest" for alll of the Cuties but there is just no way to know who votes. When you go to download the very 1st free design when you get online, there is a place under the design that tells you to click to go vote. It wiil take you to the site and you click on Cute Embroidery just once and none of the other sites. That is how you vote.
