or is there somewhere on the Clipartoon site where I can find the set to download. I've purchased my first set there and the transaction went through perfectly. However, I haven't got the set downloaded yet. I've searched the site but can't find any downloading instructions.
I'm wondering if I should wait for a while, maybe even 24 hours.

In their help-file they refer to an email they send you with download instructions and there is always the 'contact us' button in case you have questions or problems.

Thank you. The problem has been fixed. I did send them an email from the Help page and also from the Contact button..... then a bit later I received the email message with the download link. In future I'll wait a bit longer.
