Thank you Helen. I have been trying to learn how to use PulseAmbassador to change formats and though I did get one changed (I think I did something by accident that actually worked) but didn't get the other two. Have been doing messages with Terre trying to learn to use the darn thing. I believe I am hopeless, lol!

No you are not - Debra just remember - every person that is using something - had to start at the beginning and learn it - just like you are. Don't be so rough on yourself, because others know something that you have not yet learned.
