'file' and choose save as, when the box opens 'save embroidery file as' go down to the bottom window and scroll to the format of your machine. whenyou find your format simply click on 'save.

why does it not work
by moyed 03 Oct 2010
Can I help. I know sometimes it will not save a design but I often use both wilcom and pulse and if one program will not save dsign I use the other program. That is when I am at work. At home I use sewwhatpro and have never had a problem changing formats with it. It does infact allow for bulk changing formats, ie will change a whole folder at one time, Sure was a blessing when I went from pes to jef format. If you still have a problem with a design email me at moyed1951@hotmail.com
