I added Janome Customizer and Digitizer pro after I reached my recent dream - bought the Janome MC 11000 machine.

Now - everything has it's vinegar - I can't see all my designs as before though the embird iconizer.
I see the design as flower - that's all.
I had the same as I tried the free trial of wings editor - embird iconizer was deactivated at the moment any other programme is on the same PC.

Do anybody have experiences?????
Isn't it compatible?

No problem by using the Embird itself - only by showing up the designs in the files as before.
I can't figure out if it may help to delete only customizer or need another PC for the digitizer for all my designs.

Strange is, that I can see some designs - but not the majority - not depending on the format .jef or so.
Logical would be to see all or nothing, isn't it?
(my PC, the unknow being)

Suggestions will be so appriciated.
