Sorry no design, made it up from the pin's I made; they are made from powder puff so I just made a big powder puff.

Thanks for all the nice comment's. I only embroideried on the hat. the rest was an idea from the small pin's I made. The noses are made of clay and are 3-d the rest of the face is paint & blush.
